Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is required to confirm your order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods. TD Cabinetry reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery services to Scottsdale, Phoenix, Gilbert, and surrounding areas. Shipping times and delivery windows will be provided during the order process. While we strive to meet all quoted delivery times, delays may occur due to supply chain issues or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays but will communicate proactively and work to resolve any issues.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, returns may not be accepted on installed or custom-made items. Standard items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply. Please contact us to initiate any return or exchange request.

Warranties

Our products may come with manufacturer warranties. Please review individual product details or contact us for warranty specifics. TD Cabinetry is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications of any product.
